SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
The Northeast COGA Scholarship will be obtainable to a qualified family member of a NECCOGA member and a first year student in any post-secondary accredited institution. The scholarship is payable to the student.
REVIEW COMMITTEE:
The review committee is comprised of the current board members.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
1. Grade point average of 2.8 2. Must be accepted in an accredited institution. 3. Be a dependant of a current NECCOGA member.
PROCEDURES:
1. Complete this application. 2. Include with your application 1. Applicant Letter 2. Two letters of recommendation, one from a teacher and one from a community member. No family member 3. Current High School transcript 4. A resume that would include a list of honors, activities, awards, offices held, and work experience
