Dear Shooters & Sponsors:
Annual Northeast Chapter of the Colorado Oil and Gas Association Trap and Sporting Clays Shoot will be held on Saturday, August 29th, 2009. The shoot will be held in Sterling, Colorado this year
This years’ shoot will consist of Twenty- Five (25) teams with Four (4) shooters per team. Each team will shoot 50 trap and 50 sporting clays. There will be prizes for first and second place teams. Prizes will also be awarded for overall, and high score for youth. The cost per shooter for this years’ tournament will be $50.00. There will also be a Junior Division for kids under 18 years of age. Shooting will commence at 9:00AM.
We are also asking for your help in sponsoring the tournament and adding to the door prize fund. All Sponsors will have their Company Name on a sign that will be prominently displayed at the clubhouse. All sponsors will also be acknowledged at the awards presentation to follow.
Included are a Sponsorship/ Registration Form. We encourage you to get them sent in as soon as possible. The tournament will be limited to the first 100 paid shooters. Although the tournament is being held and sponsored by the Oil & Gas industry, it will be open to the public. It is the desire of the Northeast Chapter of COGA and the tournament Committee to use this opportunity to further positive relationships with all the people who prosper by the presence of a strong oil & gas industry. Please do not bring alcohol on the premises.
All proceeds will be used to fund the NECCOGA Scholarship Fund.
